hourly service call:

basic rate: $65/hour

part hr. rate: $16.25 per quarter hour or any part

minimum charge: 1 hour

telephone help desk:

basic rate: $55 per hour

part hr. rate: $13.75 per quarter hour or any part)

minimum charge: 1 hour (per incident)

basic update service:

	standard fee: call
	fee with remote help desk: 1/3 off standard fee

remote help desk:

standard setup fee: call

setup fee w/basic update service: 50% off

telephone help desk:

basic rate: call (per hour)

part hr. rate: call (per quarter hour or any part)

minimum charge: 1 hour (per incident)

managed service contract:

setup fee: call

yearly rate: call (due at contract signing)

6-month rate: call (due at contract signing)

monthly rate: call (1 year contract required)
