managed service contract

the managed service contract is the paramount service of our offerings.  this contract combines everything offered in the basic update service and remote help desk with the addition of continuous remote system updates.  this service contract is a sure fire way to keep your systems up to date at all times thereby giving you the ultimate in “computing peace of mind!”

with this service we will:

bullet

install all necessary hot fixes, service packs & updates to windows operating systems and/or microsoft software (original program installation disks & licenses must be available

bullet

install & configure an approved software firewall

bullet

install & configure an approved virus protection software package

bullet

review system for vulnerabilities & adjust as required

bullet

install & configure remote administration software

bullet

update windows operating system & microsoft software as required

bullet

update firewall software as required

bullet

update firewall configuration as requested by customer*

bullet

update virus protection software at least monthly or as required

bullet

provide a $10/hour savings on all help desk support

bullet

provide monthly reports including:
bullet

performance of security devices

bullet

status of changes, upgrades, patches & other system maintenance

bullet

analysis of logs

bullet

recommendation for security related upgrades as needed

     *only 3 requests allowed/month, help desk charges apply thereafter.
