the remote help desk service is offered to give you the option of having a professional help desk in your own home.  with the remote control software supplied by m. grace computing resources, “virtual hands-on” support is just a phone call away.

the remote connection is very secure.  it requires the remote help desk operator to supply a password for access to your desktop and all data transferred between the two systems is encrypted (encoded) and not passed in plain text.  this software also allows m. grace computing resources to install, remove, and/or update any software required to successfully complete the required help request.

it is recommended you purchase the basic update service to bring your system up to date with all the latest hot fixes, service packs and updates for your windows operating systems and microsoft software.  this service will add two layers of protection with the installation and configuration of the firewall and virus protection software.  these systems need regular maintenance therefore this service is only recommended to those of you comfortable making regular updates.
